Children need outdoor play and activities to develop properly. Our goal is to expose them to the history of the area, career possibilities, environmental sciences, and to learn to interact with adults and children.
ESYAC takes our kids on adventures occasionally during the school year, and weekly during the summer and during school vacations. Activities include going on hikes, kayaking, patio boat trips, local museum visits, Shasta Caverns, Lake Redding Park, Bella Vista Farms, Lassen Park, sledding and camping, ice skating and many other fun outings.
ESYAC’s goal is to provide youth with role models who can build authentic relationships, impart life skills, provide new experiences and support our kids in discovering their talents and passions.
